When designing our fitness classes, we were inspired by the International Mountain Biking Association's Trail Difficulty Rating System, which uses colored shapes to indicate trail difficulty. Our classes are similarly marked, using the symbols below to indicated level of difficulty. If you aren't sure if a class is right for you, just ask!
Morning Muscle: This group fitness class will focus on Metabolic Training: High intensity, anaerobic exercises, compound exercises to make you breathless and feeling the burn. Due to the high intensity this is a 45 minute class.
Evening Endurance: This group fitness class focuses on interval circuits of high and low intensities, and works on your muscular strength and cardiovascular strength. Be prepared to bring this class outside from time to time. We will trail run, bike, and snowshoe.
Seasonal Strength: This group fitness class will focus on the getting you ready for the upcoming seasonal sports. We want you in shape for your favorite outdoor activities, like biking, skiing, paddling, hiking, winter biking, running, etc.
Yoga: An intermediate level class that focuses on more advanced yoga postures and the strengthening of muscles that support the body. If you are looking for more challenge in your Yoga journey, then this is the class for you!
Yoga: A beginner's class that focuses on basic yoga postures, healthy alignment of the spine, and the strengthening of muscles that support the body. If you have been wanting to try yoga and see all the benefits yoga can provide for your body, then this is the perfect class for you!
Broga for Men: Broga is a men's yoga class structured with a man's body in mind. This class will increase your range of motion, improve your flexibility and balance.
