Join Jen every Thursday evening to practice Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a low intensity class where each pose is held for serval minutes at a time. Most poses are done on the floor. This is a great way to stretch and strength the connective tissues in your body. Please contact Jen with any questions you might have or to schedule a private class.

When designing our fitness classes, we were inspired by the International Mountain Biking Association's Trail Difficulty Rating System, which uses colored shapes to indicate trail difficulty. Our classes are similarly marked, using the symbols below to indicated level of difficulty. If you aren't sure if a class is right for you, just ask!
