Jen MCarthy

Jen has been practicing as a Licensed Occupational Therapist for the past 25 years. She has combined her love of mobility and movement with massage. Her passion is helping people of all ages and abilities maximize their functional wellness and maintain their health through movement and exercise. Originally from the seacoast area in NH. She has recently moved up to the NEK and is loving all it has to offer for individuals to be part of the outdoors while enjoying all the seasons. She specializes in deep tissue, relaxation and overall mobility through stretching and movement.
